Lucknow: A brief monsoon session of the Uttar Pradesh legislature- Legislative assembly and Legislative council commenced today at Lucknow amidst precautionary measures and with Covid19 Protocols. Special seating arrangements have been put in place for the house members during the present session. Besides the main pavilion the visitors and press galleries were also used by members to maintain social distancing during house proceedings.
All MLAs and MLCs and staff on duty have already gone under Covid 19 tests. Assembly Speaker Hridya Narayan Dikshit had said nobody would be allowed to enter the house without a Corona test.
