Bengaluru : Brigade Group reported improved performance for Q2 FY27 on launch momentum picking up with real estate segment sales for the quarter of ₹ 1,827 Crores across 1.3 Mn sqft volume. Total Income for the quarter stood at ₹ 1,250 Crores in Q2 FY27, as against ₹ 1,430 Crores in Q2 FY26. The company reported a PBT of ₹ 288 Crores in Q2 FY27, registering a growth of 47% over Q2 FY26.

Q2 FY27 SEGMENT HIGHLIGHTS
REAL ESTATE
Real estate revenue stood at ₹ 760 Crores. EBITDA stood at ₹ 175 Crores, an increase of 59% over Q2 FY26, with a margin of 23%. During the quarter, 2.4Mn sqft of Projects launched with a GDV of approximately ₹ 3000 Cr.
LEASING
During the quarter, revenue from leasing stood at ₹ 329 Crores. EBITDA stood at ₹ 242 Crores, an increase of 9% over Q2 FY26, with a margin of 74%. Occupancy stood at 90% as of September 2026. Completed two projects, viz. Brigade Square and Arcadia at Brigade Cornerstone Utopia, added 0.27 mn sqft of lease space.
HOSPITALITY
Hospitality revenue in Q2 FY27 stood at ₹ 161 Crores. EBITDA stood at ₹ 59 Crores, an increase of 41% over Q2 FY26, with a margin of 37%.
