Guwahati: Two bike borne miscreants looted and looted Rs 35 lakh in Fastil area of Guwahati. The incident took place in front of Fatisil HDFC Bank on Friday. The robbers in a black pulsar looted the money from registration number AS01 DU 0003 from an Innova car parked in front of HDFC Bank.
The looted money is allegedly belongs to a businessman, Bhabhendra Pal Singh. The looted money was withdrawn by Singh’s driver and one of his employees from State Bank of India (SBI) and Baroda Bank at Paltanbazar by palanbazar driver and one of his employees. The money was kept in his Innova car when the miscreants on a motorcycle came and caught him from inside. The driver tried to catch the miscreants but they attacked him and fled. The city police have started investigating the case.
