Prime Minister Narendra Modi today said budget took care of all sectors and sections of people and an important step to strengthen the nation.
He said 50 crore people have been benefitted from Ayushman Bharat scheme. In his post budget address, Prime minister said this is a historic budget.
He said this is an interim budget and just a trailer of the budget which after election will take India on the path to development.
Mr Modi said Pradhan Mantri Kisan Sammaan Nidhi Yojana is the biggest scheme for the benefit of farmers since the Independence.
He said, the government has fulfilled the demand for exempting income up to five lakh rupees from income tax.
He said Pradhan Mantri Shram Yogi Man Dhan Yojana will strengthen lives of unorganised sector people.
