As a part of this initiative, CaratLane launched a 21-day “Becoming a Habit Champion” program for its employees. Everybody knows health and well-being are crucial. Most know what they need to do, but very few “show up.” The gap between intent and action is the hardest to bridge – but Alyve Health’s expertise shows that habit science is the solution! Recognizing this, CaratLane challenged the status quo by launching the Habit Champion Program as part of its comprehensive Alyve health plan for employees.
CaratLane launched the program this month as a combination of in-person and virtual sessions led by Alyve Health team Shreya R. Iyer, Lead Well-Being Expert and Habit Coach, and Siddhi Aiyya, Counseling Psychologist and Habit Coach. Participants will engage in a 21-day live challenge, tracking their daily habit goals on the Alyve Health app. The journey will end in a celebratory closing ceremony by the end of this month, where the habit champions will be announced, and participants will share their transformative experiences.
