Bengaluru : Brigade Hospitality has announced the appointment of Chef Arokia Raj better known in the industry as Chef Stanley as the Business Head – Operations for The Baking Company. He will be responsible for end-to-end business operations including managing production plans, inventory and culinary innovation for The Baking Company. He brings with him nearly 3 decades of experience having worked with renowned bakery houses such as SATS Bengaluru, Dolcre, APCA Bengaluru, Vivanta by Taj and other prominent hotels. He holds a Master of Business Administration and Diploma in Hotel Management from the Indian School of Business Management Bengaluru.
