Bhopal: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has expressed deep grief over the death of six labourers after a truck fell into the Tawa river in Chopna area of Betul district and prayed for peace to the departed souls.
Chief Minister Chouhan has prayed to the Almighty to grant strength to the families of the deceased labourers to bear this loss. He directed Betul district administration to provide relief assistance to the family of the deceased labourers.
Financial assistance sanctioned to families
District administration has sanctioned financial assistance of Rs. 35 thousand to each family of 5 BPL labourers and Rs. 15 thousand to the family of the driver, who lost their lives in a road accident
