Bhopal: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that employment will be provided to all by creating maximum employment opportunities in government and private sector. It is a matter of topmost priority for the government. All the vacant government posts will be filled soon. All the departments should take action promptly as regard to create maximum employment opportunities, he added.
Chief Minister Chouhan was holding a meeting at Mantralaya today in connection to create employment opportunities. Chief Secretary Iqbal Singh Bains and all officials concerned were present at the meeting.
Action on roadmap of Atma Nirbhar Madhya Pradesh
Chief Minister Chouhan has said that a roadmap of Atma Nirbhar Madhya Pradesh has already been prepared. Emphasis on creation of employment has been laid in the roadmap and an elaborated action plan has been made in this regard. We have to change local to vocal by promoting local products.
Employment is solution for naxal problem
Chief Minister Chouhan has said that the biggest solution of naxal problem is employment. A special scheme is being prepared by the government to provide employment opportunities in these areas. Maximum employment will be made available through MNREGA etc.
Employment through tourism
Chief Minister Chouhan has said that there is vast scope of special employment opportunities through tourism. In this regard, ‘Buffer mein Safar’, ‘Jungle Safari’, Religious Tourism’, ‘Rural Tourism’ as well as ‘Water Tourism’ etc. will be promoted.
Promotion of industries
Small and medium scale industries are being promoted in the state. At least 10 integrated clusters for industries will be built in the next 3 years in the state. A system of ‘Start Your Business in 30 Days’ is being implemented in the state.
A grand campaign for Self-Help groups
In order to encourage more and more self-help groups, work is being done in the form of grand campaign in the state. Employment opportunities are being generated through skill development.
Allot new mines soon
Chief Minister Chouhan instructed to allot new mines soon for generating maximum employment opportunities in the mining sector. He further added that as many mines as possible will be started.
Employment under Cow-Conservation
Chief Minister Chouhan has said that there is vast scope of employment under Cow-Conservation. Cow milk production, Gau-Kashth and other related products should be promoted.
Forest Produce and Food Processing
Chief Minister Chouhan has said that employment opportunities should also be generated through Forest Produce and Food Processing.
‘Ek Jila Ek Pehchan’ plan
Under the ‘Ek Jila Ek Pehchan’ plan, production and export of one product of each district should be promoted.
Prepare report within a week
Chief Minister Chouhan instructed various departments to prepare a report in the next one week as regard to their plans for creating employment in private sectors related to them.
