Bhopal: Expressing his condolences on the death of a youth, Late Devraj Anuragi, son of Kallu Anuragi of Kisanpura village of Gaurihar police station area about 100 km from Chhatarpur district headquarters, from beating, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan paid tributes and consoled the family.
Chief Minister Chouhan has instructed to sanction an amount of Rs 8 lakh to the affected family under the Prevention of Atrocities on Scheduled Caste-Tribe Act. An amount of Rs. 4 lakh is given on the registration of a case and Rs. 4 lakh is paid when the challan is presented in the court. Two persons have been arrested in the case. Chief Minister Chouhan has instructed that strict action should be taken against those found guilty.
