CM Chouhan unveils huge statue of Late Atal ji

Bhopal: Chief Minister  Shivraj Singh Chouhan unveiled a huge statue of the country’s former Prime Minister Bharat Ratna late  Atal Bihari Vajpayee on the occasion of his birth anniversary near Shaurya Smarak Square in Bhopal. Chief Minister  Chouhan also viewed the photo exhibition of late  Vajpayee’s visits to Bhopal.

On the occasion, Chief Minister  Chouhan said that late  Vajpayee was a remarkable political leader. He ruled the hearts of crores of people. He was not just an individual, but an institution. Late  Atal ji was a hard worker, skilled organizer, administrator, orator, poet, writer and journalist. Above all, he was a great human. He was a person who embraced even strangers and was loved by everyone. His contribution in the creation of a new India is incomparable.

Chief Minister  Chouhan said that the statue of Late  Atal ji has been installed at the heart of the state capital. It is not just a statue but is a venture to display the philosophy of his life. Every effort will be made to display  Atal ji’s jivan darshan here. This place will work as a beacon and will be a source of inspiration. We will all continue to move on the path shown by him. The statue of  Atal ji is 12 feet high and weighs 1700 kg.

Huge memorial will be built in Gwalior

Chief Minister  Chouhan said that a huge memorial will be built in Gwalior to showcase late  Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s personality, activities and philosophy of life. Madhya Pradesh has been late  Atalji’’s workplace.

On this occasion, Medical Education Minister  Vishwas Sarang, Protem Speaker  Rameshwar Sharma, MP  V.D. Sharma, MP Sadhvi Pragya Thakur, former Mayor  Alok Sharma and dignitaries were present.
