GUWAHATI : With 396 new cases and 5 more deaths detected in the last 24 hours, Assam’s Kovid-19 tally has increased to 1,93,783, while the death toll has risen to 816. Meanwhile, recovery from the disease in the last 24 hours After 1,227 more patients have been discharged, the total number of Assam has increased to 1,64,579. The number of patients with corona is increasing rapidly in eight states of the Northeast, including Sikkim. However, the rate of patients recovering is also increasing rapidly.
The number of rapidly growing new patients is frightening. Assam has the highest number of cases in the Northeast, Tripura at number two and Manipur at number three. In the Northeast, 1926 new patients have been identified during the last 24 hours. In this way, the total number of infected people has increased to 266603 out of which 221876 patients have become healthy. In the last 24 hours, a total of 2656 patients have recovered completely while 43195 patients are being treated in various hospitals.1361 patients have died while 05 patients have moved out of the Northeast.
The number of new patients in Assam is 971 identified. The total number of patients in the state is 193387 while 163352 patients have recovered. In the last 24 hours, 1451 patients have recovered. Treatment of 29221 patients is being done in various hospitals. Meanwhile, 811 patients have died and 03 patients have gone out of the state.The number of new patients in Tripura is 171. The total number of patients has increased to 28150 while 23778 patients have recovered.
During the last 24 hours, 327 patients have recovered. 4039 patients are undergoing treatment. So far 310 patients have died. 282 new patients have been identified in Manipur. The total number of patients in the state has been 13092 and 10306 patients have become healthy. During the last 24 hours, 440 patients have recovered. 2698 patients are being treated in various hospitals. So far 88 patients have died.
In Arunachal Pradesh, 238 new patients have been identified. The total number of patients in the state has gone up to 11998. 158 patients have recovered in the last 24 hours. So far 9035 patients have become healthy. Treatment of 2940 patients is being done in various hospitals. 23 patients have died so far. 156 new patients have been identified in Meghalaya. The total number of corona infections in the state has risen to 7544. Out of which 5045 patients have become healthy. During the last 24 hours, 142 patients have recovered. 2437 patients are still under treatment while 62 patients have died. 61 new patients have been identified in Nagaland.
The total number of patients is 6949. There are 5641 patients in the state. 33 patients have recovered during the last 24 hours. Treatment of 1232 patients is being done in various hospitals. 12 patients have died. 42 patients have been identified in Sikkim. The total number of infected patients in the state has increased to 3321. 2735 patients have recovered. 95 patients have recovered during the last 24 hours.450 patients are undergoing treatment in the hospital while 55 patients have died. In Mizoram, 05 new patients have been identified. The number of corona infected patients in the state has increased to 2162 while 1984 patients have recovered. 10 patients have recovered during the last 24 hours. 178 patients are undergoing treatment in the hospital. 02 patients have gone out of state. Meanwhile, 1,462 patients from the hospital in Assam have donated their plasma to five medical colleges and hospitals.
