In Gujarat, the number of Covid-19 cases has gone up to 27,317 with 580 new cases during the last 24 hours. 25 patients have lost their lives taking the total death toll to 1664.
Following the discharge of 655 patients yesterday, the total number of patients recovered from Covid19 in the state has gone up to 19,357.
According to official sources, out of 6296 active cases in the state, conditions of 6237 are stable while 59 patients are on ventilator support.
Out of 580 new cases reported yesterday, the maximum 273 cases reported from Ahmedabad. Apart from this, 176 new cases reported from Surat, while 43 cases reported from Vadodara.
More than 3 lakh 24 thousand Covid19 tests carried out in the state till date. Meanwhile, Do Yoga- Beat Corona campaign on International Yoga Day gets big support of the people.
Chief Minister Vijay Rupani said that this campaign on social media helped in creating awareness among the people.
