Cold waves continue to shiver the national capital Delhi as frosty winds originating from snow-clad mountains swept the region.
The minimum temperature dropped to 5-degree celsius on Friday morning while 4-degree celsius recorded on Thursday remain the coldest December night since 2014.
With the dip in temperature, the air quality also deteriorated. The Air Quality Index value in Delhi was recorded 393 this morning which comes in the very poor category.
