Mumbai: Ajay Devgn’s Devgn CineX is expanding aggressively in South India with the launch of an 11-screen megaplex in Bengaluru and a 7-screen property in Hyderabad by the end of the year.
The move will add 18 screens to the brand’s portfolio, taking its total to 57 operational screens across 19 locations, with another 30 screens currently under construction.
Beyond film screenings, Devgn CineX is focusing on premium hospitality, curated dining, immersive technology, live sports screenings and private events to deliver a complete entertainment experience. Founder Ajay Devgn said the new properties aim to offer world-class cinema experiences to audiences in Bengaluru and Hyderabad, where he shares a special connection.
Under the leadership of newly appointed CEO Ajay Agrawal, the brand is also working to make the customer journey more personalised and seamless.
