From skin assessment to dermatologist-led care
Consumers can begin their EVERQ experience with an AI-led skin assessment designed to identify visible skin concerns and create an initial skin profile. Where required, they can then consult a dermatologist who evaluates their concerns and recommends a personalised course of treatment. The process can continue through treatment, product delivery, follow-ups and maintenance skincare, allowing consumers to access different stages of care without having to start over each time.
At the centre of the experience is AI Care Expert, a persistent digital care companion designed to support consumers throughout their skincare journey rather than function as a conventional chatbot. It helps consumers understand and follow their regimen, stay on track, monitor progress and maintain continuity across interactions.
One ecosystem for diagnosis, treatment and ongoing skincare
EVERQ is part of Puresta’s integrated skin-health ecosystem, which also includes SKINQ Rx and SKINQ.
EVERQ serves as the consumer-facing platform connecting AI-led skin assessment with dermatologist-led care.
SKINQ Rx provides targeted, dermatologist-led treatment solutions based on the consultation, while SKINQ extends the experience into clinically validated everyday and maintenance skincare.
