New Delhi : Divyansh Group, a leading real estate developer with a long-standing presence in the region, has crossed the 25 year mark in the construction and housing space, marking a steady journey shaped by consistent execution and delivery. Founded in 2001, the group has gradually built its footprint across key NCR locations such as Ghaziabad, Noida and more, focusing largely on residential developments catering to mid and upper mid-income homebuyers. Over the years, it has delivered multiple projects in the region and is currently working on group housing developments at different stages of construction.
In terms of scale, the company has completed over 5.7 million square feet of development so far, with another 4.4 million square feet under construction. It is also planning to deliver more than 2200+ homes over the next three years, adding close to 44 lakh square feet to its portfolio.Internally, Divyansh operates with a team of more than 500 people across construction, planning, and customer-facing roles, allowing it to maintain closer oversight on execution, which continues to be a key differentiator in a sector often impacted by delays.
Among its completed developments, Divyansh Group has delivered residential projects such as Divyansh Onyx, Divyansh Flora, Divyansh Fabio, Divyansh Arc Angels, Ska Divya Tower, Skardi Greens, along with multiple standalone houses (builder floors) across NCR. These projects reflect the company’s focus on practical layouts and community-led planning, and have contributed to building a base of over 4000 homeowners, largely in Ghaziabad and nearby micro-markets. In addition to its completed portfolio, the company currently has ongoing developments including Divyansh Green Heights and Divyansh Orion Homes, which are expected to add to its delivery pipeline over the next few years. The group is also preparing to expand into new locations, with upcoming developments planned in Siddharth Vihar, Hapur, and Wave City in the near term.

With additional projects expected to be announced, Divyansh Group is looking to expand further within the NCR region, while continuing to focus on timely delivery and maintaining its position in a competitive and price-sensitive market.
