eClerx reports strong Q1 FY2026-27 results; revenue stands at INR 1,170.2 crore, up 23.8% YoY

Mumbai : eClerx Services Ltd (ECLERX.NS), a global leader in AI-powered analytics, digital operations, automation, and business process management, today announced its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.

The company delivered a strong start to FY2026-27, reporting healthy growth in revenue and profitability, supported by disciplined execution, continued client demand and momentum across its portfolio.

Consolidated financial highlights for the quarter ended June 30, 2026

•            Total revenue for Q1 FY2026-27 increased to INR 1,170.2 crore, registering a 23.8 % Y-o-Y growth over INR 945.1 crore reported in Q1 FY2025-26.

•            In U.S. dollar terms, operating revenue stood at USD 125.9 million, reflecting 15.2% Y-o-Y growth over USD 109.2 million reported in Q1 FY2025-26, and a 2.8% growth over the preceding quarter.

•            On the profitability front, EBITDA rose to INR 283.1 crore in Q1 FY2026-27, marking 20.6% growth over INR 234.6 crore reported in Q1 FY2025-26.

•            Net profit for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 stood at INR 164.3 crore, reflecting 16.0 % Y-o-Y growth.

•            Basic earnings per share (EPS) for Q1 FY2026-27 increased to INR 17.86, up from INR 15.08 in Q1 FY2025-26, representing a 18.4 % Y-o-Y growth.

•            Total delivery headcount increased to 22,376 in Q1 FY2026-27, an increase of 10.4 % Y-o-Y growth.
