The Enforcement Directorate has attached movable and immovable properties worth over 20 crore rupees of Revati Cements Private Limited and its director in connection with the coal block allocation scam.
The action has been taken under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act.
The CBI had filed a charge-sheet against the director and others for criminal conspiracy and misconduct in the allocation of a coal block located in Madhya Pradesh.
