Event-full October at Dwarka’s most popular Vegas mall

Mumbai: Iconic mall, Vegas has been at the forefront of curating experiential shopping for its customers. This festival season they raised the bar of fun-filled shopping many notches higher as they sought to take it to a whole new level of celebrating life with an array of events catering to every category of shoppers.A total of nine events were planned in October, five of which have been completed, two are ongoing and one is slated towards the end of the month. The events that have taken place earlier in the month included:

Ethnic & Jewellery Fest (26 September-4 October)

Curated on the theme of ethnic wear and jewellery, the event was promoted digitally and boosted through influencer engagement and was majorly digitally driven.

Dandiya Nights (3-4 October 2022)

It included activities like Kids Zone, Heena, Tattoo, Tarot Card reader, Music, Dandiya, DJ and Fun Games. Thousands of people participated in this two-day event. The top 20 performers in various categories were presented gift hampers by Vegas.

Miss Super Model Worldwide – Cultural Symphony (9th October 2022)

A one-day event presented international culture an\d fashion from over 25 countries. The models showcased a wedding collection along with national dresses followed by an exclusive collection of Panna Sarees. The participating countries included Russia, South Africa, France, Finland, India, and Bhutan amongst others. These countries were represented by their senior dignitaries such as Mr. Lunn Daung from Myanmar, Ms. Diana Slot from the Netherlands, Ms. Ekaterina Kozvleva from Russia, and Ms. Matiushkova Natalia from Belarose amongst others. Noteworthy Indian dignitaries who attended the show were Mr. Ritu Raj, ACP, Delhi Police Head Quarters, Ms. Rita Gangwani, Grooming Guru, Femina India, and Mr. Aurain Nayab, Fashion Designer and Ms. Leila Onome Onyeagbako, Renowned Choreographer.

Karva Chauth Specials (10-12 October)

Karva Chauth celebrations promoted community connect through cultural festivities. The Highlights of the  event included 10 mehndi artists from Surat along with celebrity artist Aman Gupta,. It also featured game and food stalls. Over 500 people got heena applied during the festivities across 3 days.

 Pink Power – Spreading Awareness (18-19 October)

A women-centric event that spread the message of health and hygiene. The centre piece of the event was a free health check-up camp. A talent show focusing on breast cancer survivors was another highlight of the event. The event partners included leading names like Sirona Hygiene Foundation, Manipal Hospital, Diya’s in Action and Motherhood Club.

 The ongoing and upcoming events

The events in the pipeline include Diwali Bazaar (14-24 October), Diwali Dil-Li Wali (21-23 October),  Oktober Fest (28-30 October) and Halloween (31 October).

 Diwali Bazaar (14-24 October)

Diwali Bazaar (14-24 October) offering  include a variety of  candles, diyas, pooja thali, gifting, festive wear, lights, jewellery, art, local artisans products showcase & food all under one roof. Through the Diwali Bazaar, Vegas, has supported the local artisans by providing space to showcase and sell locally manufactured products. The shoppers of Vegas are showcasing lots of  love & support by appreciating and buying the locally made products. The products range include handicrafts, Diwali diyas and decorative material amongst others.

Diwali Dil-Li Wali (21-23 October)

A 10-day event celebrating the true Diwali spirit. Centred around fun and frolicking it will reward the shoppers who spend the highest on each day. On the occasion of Dhanteras from Vegas would distribute premium gifts to highest shopper including jewellery and gold coins on the 21st, 22nd and 23rd of October.

 Oktober Fest  (28-30 October)

The second last event of the festive season is dedicated to high spirits at Central Piazza. The highlight of the three-day event includes an international range of beer and multi-cuisine food along with entertaining performances by renowned artists every day.

 Halloween (31 October)

The month ends with Halloween. It would be a fun-filled affair as shoppers donning colorful costumes will celebrate the day with music, food and festivity.
