First dose of corona vaccine will be given to cent percent – Chief Minister Shri Chouhan

Bhopal:  Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that on September 27, the first dose of vaccine will be administered to all eligible citizens in Ab Koi Na Chhoote (Now no one should be left out) Vaccination Maha Abhiyan-4. No one should be left out in this campaign, in this spirit there will be active participation of all sections of the society and individuals with self-motivation. He said that the state has to be made safe by applying the first dose of vaccine to 100 percent eligible people. He has appealed to cooperate in making the campaign a success by coming together in the sacred work of vaccination.

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has done a charitable work by making free vaccine available. Now it is the responsibility of all of us that all eligible people get the vaccine compulsorily. So far, public participation has been underlined for the achievements of vaccination. Crisis Management Committees at the district, block, ward and village panchayat level have also made the previous vaccination campaigns a success by taking active part. In the Vaccination Maha-Abhiyan-4 on September 27, success will definitely be achieved with the participation of Crisis Management Committees and social organisations.

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan has appealed to the members of the Council of Ministers, MPs, MLAs, public representatives of urban and rural areas, besides heads of various social organisations, religious leaders, media representatives, litterateurs, intellectuals and dignitaries to appeal to the people in their respective areas to get the first dose of the vaccine, motivate them, so that the life of every person can be made safe by achieving the objectives of the campaign.

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan has said that doctors and scientists are of the opinion that maximum protection from corona is possible only through vaccination. About 84% of the population has already received the first dose of vaccination in the state. This in itself is a great achievement. As a result of this, we have been able to stop the situation of corona infection among the people of the state. We shall not allow the third wave of Corona to come under any circumstances.

Extensive preparations for “Ab Koi Na Chhoote Vaccination Maha Abhiyan”

Now the state government has made extensive preparations to make the “Ab Koi Na Chhoote Vaccination Maha Abhiyan” a success. Deendayal Antyodaya Yojna run at district and block level, Jan-Abhiyan Parishad, volunteers of social, voluntary organisations, prominent persons from every section of the society and government staff will ensure active participation in bringing eligible citizens to the vaccination site for the first dose. Public facilities will also be available at the vaccination site and every effort will be made to achieve the target of cent percent vaccination amidst the festive atmosphere. In Vaccination Maha Abhiyan-4, no eligible person above the age of 18 years is left out from the first dose of Covid vaccine. This information will be given to the State Government in the prescribed form by the Collector and Chief Medical and Health Officer of all the districts. For the success of the campaign, instructions were given by the state government to ensure that the first dose of Covid vaccine is given according to the list of all eligible persons by conducting door-to-door survey.

In Vaccination Maha Abhiyan-4, about 10 thousand sessions will be organised in the state. Mobile teams have also been formed in every district by the district administration for vaccination. Now there is only one goal that the first dose of corona vaccine should be administered to all the eligible citizens. Now no one would be left. Vehicles will also be arranged by the administration to reach the vaccination centre. Those elderly and differently-abled who cannot come to the vaccination centre, will be vaccinated at their homes.
