Haflong : In a bizarre incident at least four log carrying trucks were burnt down allegedly by miscreants at 
bordering Assam-Nagaland under Langting police station in Dima Hasao, Assam on Saturday.
The Police team rushed to the spot immediately after the incident and launched a search operation. Since the place of occurrence very far away from Langting and it took 5 hours to reach the place, the details of the incident are awaited.
Sources disclosed there were six trucks but four burnt trucks were found. Unconfirmed source also added that this could be handy work of a new armed organisation and a hefty amount was demanded from the mill owner.
No organisation has claimed the responsibility till the filing the report.
