In France, the death toll has risen to four in a gunshot in Strasbourg on the German border.
French security forces said, the killing took place near Strasbourg’s Christmas market which draws millions of tourists every year in which 12 people were also injured. The city mayor Roland Ries said, three or four of the injured are in critical condition.
