Hyderabad: The Federation of Telangana Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FTCCI) convened some of the most influential voices in real estate, infrastructure, policy, and investments at a high-powered summit titled “Telangana Real Estate: Creating Value Beyond the Square Foot”, held at The Marvel, T-Hub, Hyderabad.
At a time when Hyderabad is rapidly transforming into a global urban and economic hub, the summit placed the spotlight firmly on value creation beyond traditional real estate metrics, emphasising sustainability, infrastructure-led growth, alternate asset classes, youth aspirations, and long-term urban resilience aligned with Hyderabad 2034.
Welcoming the gathering, Mr KK Maheshwari, Senior Vice President, FTCCI, noted that Telangana’s real estate sector has evolved far beyond bricks and mortar.
Today, real estate is about building ecosystems, enabling livelihoods, enhancing quality of life, and shaping sustainable urban futures. This summit is about reimagining growth beyond square feet and focusing on real value creation,” he said.
The summit brought together senior policymakers, industry leaders, developers, investors, and domain experts for a series of high-impact panel discussions examining critical questions confronting the sector:
– Where does real demand truly lie — mid-segment or premium housing?
– How do policy, infrastructure investments, and mobility corridors influence real estate viability?
– What role will alternative assets play in the next phase of growth?
– How can Hyderabad’s real estate journey align with sustainability, inclusivity, and youth-driven aspirations
Discussions spanned themes such as mid-segment vs premium housing demand, youth perspectives on Hyderabad real estate, the rise of alternate assets, policy and infrastructure impact on realty, and future-ready investment strategies, reinforcing Hyderabad’s position as one of India’s most dynamic and future-focused real estate markets.
NAREDCO Telangana supported the summit as Supporting Partner, JLL India as Knowledge Partner, Nikhila Constructions and Developers as Title Partner, and HMDA Truck Dock Logistics Pvt Ltd as Associate Partner, whose collaboration played a key role in shaping the event’s depth and impact.
