FTCCI is organizing a Summit on Health Insurance Vision 2030 Quality & Affordable Health For All
The Federation of Telangana Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FTCCI) to organise a two-day Summit on Health Insurance Vision 2030 Quality & Affordable Health For All on 21st and 22nd April 2023 at KLN Auditorium, FTCCI, Hyderabad.
The first national summit involving all the stakeholders with a focus on “Patient First”
The Objective of the summit is to develop innovative patient centric health insurance schemes and products to improve accessibility and affordability; use technological user-friendly and trustworthy mechanisms to avoid fraud, and mis-spelling to assure affordable and cost-effective insurance products; to build awareness of existing health insurance schemes like Aarogyasri, ESIC, PMJAY and other private insurance products to cover the 40 cores missing middle class; to further increase the health insurance penetration in Telangana to achieve UHC on a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) mode; to understand and find solutions to overcome the challenges in the health insurance sector and the existing Patient Complaint Redressal System
This summit is a collaborative effort of critical partners involved in the healthcare delivery system with a focus on Public and Private Insurance by engaging with all the stakeholders to come together on a single platform to deliberate and finalize strategies and action plans for achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Target 3.8 “universal health coverage” which signifies that all citizens should have access to quality health services, when in need, without facing any financial hardship.
Some of the sessions include Reforms required in the healthcare insurance delivery system; Government driven health assurance reach By Government health insurance; Role of intermediaries and technology providers to be more customer friendly By Intermediaries and technology providers; Modernizing customer grievance redressal mechanisms and to assure customer delight; Round table discussion with Senior Government Officials, CEOs and Heads of various Stakeholders and others.
