Globe Moving Strengthens Leadership Team, Appoints Smartya Majumder as Country Head – Sales

Bengaluru: Globe Moving, a leading Workforce and Workplace Mobility and Relocation solutions provider in India, has announced the appointment of Smartya Majumder as Country Head – Sales, strengthening its leadership team as the company focuses on sustainable growth, revenue expansion and the evolution of customer-centric mobility solutions.

Bringing over 19 years of experience across the logistics and telecom/mobile industries, Smartya has built a strong track record in sales leadership, revenue growth, strategic business development and team building. His appointment is expected to support Globe Moving’s sales strategy and business expansion across its mobility and logistics operations.

Smartya has previously held senior leadership positions at TNT India Pvt. Ltd., Samsung Electronics, Vivo Mobile India, DHL–Blue Dart Express and DTDC. Before joining Globe Moving, he served as Vice President – National Sales & Marketing Head at Trackon.

An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management (IISWBM), Kolkata, Smartya holds an MBA and has completed Visionary Leadership Training from IIM Mumbai.
