Mumbai : GM Modular, one of India’s leading electrical and smart home solutions brands, is set to celebrate the spirit of Navratri with the return of GM Navratri Mahotsav 2026, bringing nine evenings of Garba, music and cultural festivities to communities across Mira Bhaindar and Thane from October 11 to 19, 2026.

Presented in association with the Pratap Sarnaik Foundation, the Mahotsav will bring together families, young people and Garba enthusiasts for a vibrant celebration that combines the energy of live performances with the traditions and community spirit of Navratri.

The celebrations will take place simultaneously across two prominent venues. The Mira Bhaindar festivities will be hosted at Naamdar Gokhale Ground, Beverly Park, with renowned Garba artist Bhavin Shastri, popularly known as the Garba Guru, leading the celebrations. In Thane, audiences will gather at TMC Ground, behind Cinémax, Anand Nagar, Ghodbunder Road (West), where Divya Kumar, known as the Garba Prince, will headline the festivities.

Both venues will open their doors from 6:00 PM onwards, creating an evening destination for residents and visitors from surrounding neighbourhoods to come together and celebrate Navratri through music, dance and tradition. Building on last year’s response, the 2026 edition is expected to draw a similar footfall, with the Mira Road celebrations anticipating around 12,000 visitors per day and the Thane venue around 7,000 visitors per day.

Food stalls will be available at both venues, and proper security checks will be conducted at entry points, with security maintained throughout the event to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all attendees.

Commenting on the upcoming celebrations, Mr. Jayanth Jain, MD & CEO, GM Modular, said, “At GM Modular, we believe festivals are about bringing people together and creating moments that are shared and remembered. Navratri beautifully reflects this spirit through music, dance and community celebration. With GM Navratri Mahotsav 2026, we are bringing this festive experience to Mira Road and Thane and look forward to welcoming families, young people and Garba enthusiasts to celebrate together across nine vibrant nights, with food stalls and proper security arrangements in place for everyone’s comfort and safety.”

Adding to this, Mr. Purvesh Sarnaik, Pratap Sarnaik Foundation, said, “Cultural celebrations play an important role in bringing communities together and keeping our traditions alive. GM Navratri Mahotsav provides an opportunity for people across Mira Road and Thane to come together and experience the joy of Navratri. After the response we saw last year, with thousands of visitors every night, we have ensured proper security checks and arrangements at both venues, and we look forward to welcoming participants and making this year’s celebrations a memorable occasion for families and Garba enthusiasts.”

Through GM Navratri Mahotsav 2026, GM Modular continues to strengthen its association with cultural celebrations, bringing communities together through experiences that celebrate tradition, music and the spirit of togetherness.
