Gnani.ai Accelerates Growth with Strategic Leadership Hires Following First Tranche of Series B Investment
Mumbai : Gnani.ai, India’s full-stack sovereign Voice AI platform, has onboarded eight senior leaders across its commercial, product, people, and delivery functions over the past two months – a move that positions the company to convert deep-tech momentum into enterprise scale. The appointments follow the company’s $10M Series B raise backed by Aavishkaar Capital and InfoEdge Ventures.
The hires collectively cover every lever of enterprise growth: revenue strategy, enterprise marketing, product positioning, BFSI vertical leadership, international partnerships, AI-led delivery, product management, and people operations.
Gnani.ai processes over 30 million voice AI calls daily for 200+ enterprise customers across BFSI, telecom, healthcare, automotive, and government.

The newly appointed leadership team includes:
• Rajesh Pantina as Vice President – Marketing. Rajesh brings 15 years of enterprise B2B marketing experience across technology SaaS and AI companies, most recently as Director – Enterprise Marketing at Whatfix.
• Om Joshi as Senior Director – Product Marketing and Client Solutions. Om is a product marketing leader with 14 years of experience across AI, SaaS, MarTech, and AdTech, with a career defined by building platform-scale go-to-market functions at the intersection of technology and revenue.
• Ankur Agrawal as VP & GM – International & Strategic Partnerships. Over the past decade, Ankur has scaled enterprise SaaS and AI businesses across international markets including stints at Clear and BCG.
• Farooq Patel as Senior Vice President & India GM – BFSI AI & Revenue. Farooq is a seasoned enterprise revenue leader with decades of experience across companies such as J.P. Morgan.
• Rajat Kumar Das as Director of Product. Rajat brings 15 years of product management experience leading product functions across enterprise technology organisations and his recent entrepreneurial experience in the Agentic AI space.
• Sateesh Chandran as Director – Delivery. Sateesh joins from McKinsey & Company with experience in seeing through complex strategy and transformation engagements and operations and strategy in the e-commerce industry.
• Samuel Thomas as Director – Human Resources. Samuel brings 16+ years of global HR experience across startups and large enterprises such as Geektrust, Google, and the Neev Academy.
• Adish Wamburkar as Head of AI Transformation. Adish will lead Gnani.ai’s AI transformation practice for government and public sector enterprises as India’s Digital India Mission accelerates Voice AI adoption across citizen services, health, and financial inclusion programmes.
