Governor Shri Patel will participate in various programmes to be organised on the birthday of Prime Minister

Bhopal:  Governor Shri Mangubhai Patel will participate in various programmes to be organised on September 17, the birthday of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. In the morning, the Governor will participate in the distribution of equipments to differently-abled children organised by the Social Justice and Disabled Welfare Department at the Higher Secondary School for the Visually and Hearing Challenged at Shahjahanabad. After this, he will inaugurate the blood donation camp at Rajiv Gandhi Technological University. He will participate in the seed money distribution programme to the meritorious children and selected startups. Will do plantation in the campus.

On the occasion of Prime Minister’s birthday, cleanliness drives and blood donation camps have been organised by the universities of the state. The hospital, run by the Indian Red Cross Society State Branch, has also organised free health and blood donation camps. Cleanliness drive is also being organised in the hospital.

Masks are also being provided by the Red Cross State Branch to the districts identified by NITI Aayog to protect against Covid infection. In the health camp organised by the state unit from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., haemoglobin and diabetes tests will also be done free of cost along with health check-up. Medicines will also be distributed. More than one lakh 90 thousand masks will also be provided by the Red Cross State Branch to the aspirational districts of NITI Aayog, Chhatarpur, Damoh, Rajgarh, Vidisha, Khandwa, Guna and Singrauli to protect against Covid infection.
