Hyderabad: The Federation of Telangana Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FTCCI) organised the Handloom Exhibition & Enlightenment Session on Friday at its premises at Federation House, Red Hills.
20 Weavers showcased their master crafts at the exhibition. An Enlightenment Session was organised by the Industry, academia & weavers.
Dr Manoj Lanka, State Director of The Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC), was the chief guest. Speaking on the occasion he said Khadi is a booming Industry in India. He highlighted various schemes of the Union Government such as Prime Minister’s Employment Generation program, Honey Mission, Scheme of Found for Regeneration and Gramodyog Vikas Yojana .
