BENGALURU: Health and wellness enterprise Happiest Health hosted the much awaited, second edition of its flagship Women’s Wellness Summit, Happiest Her 2025 at Pope Paul VI Auditorium, St. John’s Campus, Koramangala, Bengaluru, today. The day-long summit brought together healthcare professionals, wellness experts, to address the physical, mental, and lifestyle-related health challenges among working women.
The summit was inaugurated by Davis Karedan, Co-Chairman, Happiest Health, in the presence of Dr. Pratima Murthy, Director, NIMHANS, Mr. Raghu Krishnan, Co-CEO, Happiest Health – Knowledge, Mr. Ravi Joshi, Co-CEO, Happiest Health – Knowledge, amidst over 250 participants.
With the increasing spotlight on women’s health in high-stress environments, the summit served as a platform to explore challenges such as PCOS, stress, and lifestyle-related metabolic conditions. It also delved into actionable pathways for empowerment through fitness, nutrition, sleep, and financial well-being.
