Bollywood actor Harman Baweja led “Movies & Entertainment ” company Cineport has leased a space at Gallexie 91 shopping mall. Cineport, in which Mr. Baweja is one of the partners, is developing entertainment facilities inside the mall.
Gallexie-91 is a new age retail mall located in sec 91 in Gurgaon, near the Dwarka expressway. It is an aspirational lifestyle center with a wide range of retail amenities such as high street, food court, hypermart, VR-based kid playing zones, entertainment zones, etc. It is strategically located at sec-91 and is closely placed with employment hubs such as sec-88, sec-74 A, 74 B, IMT Manesar, etc.
Commenting on the deal, Mr. Ankit Kansal, founder & MD, Axon suggested “We are projecting Gallexie-91 as a modern hub of retail, lifestyle, and entertainment, focused on the aspirations and yearnings of households in Gurgaon and Delhi-NCR. In this regard, bringing in a brand like Cineport will greatly strengthen our positioning.”
Gallexie-91 is co-developed by Axon Developers in partnership with Manish Buildwell.
As Indian real estate is recovering, there is renewed optimism in the market with a pick-up in both end-use as well as investment segments. Besides the housing and office market, other categories such as retail, malls etc. are also looking equally bullish. Footfalls in malls and other major shopping complexes have reached pre-pandemic levels resulting in jump in leasing.
Harman Baweja has been seen in films like Love Story 2050, Victory, What’s Your Rashee, Char Sahibzade, etc.
