0 12

Mumbai  : As summer sets in, Hitchki invites guests to indulge in the season’s most beloved fruit with the launch of its limited-edition mango festival, “Aam Chi.” Running from 15th April to 31st May 2026 across its outlets in Powai, BKC, Thane, Nesco, and Whitefield, the menu is a vibrant tribute to India’s enduring love affair with mangoes, reimagined through Hitchki’s signature lens of nostalgia, innovation, and bold flavours.

At the heart of Aam Chi lies an inventive bar program that transforms classic summer flavours into spirited creations. Cocktails like the Mango Espresso Martini bring together coffee liqueur, aamras, and indulgent coffee-toffee notes, while the Aam Panna Picante delivers a fiery, tangy twist with tequila and spiced mango. The menu further explores layered flavour profiles with creations such as Mangoficient, where bourbon meets Ratnagiri mango and imli, and Dhur Aam Dar, a bold blend of four spirits elevated with berry-coconut and hapus pulp. For those seeking lighter refreshers, the offering includes playful coolers like Kokum Aamras and Langra Tyagi, capturing the essence of summer in every sip .

Complementing the beverages is a thoughtfully curated food menu that weaves mango into every course. From inventive small plates like the Aam Aadmi Puri and Monaco Canapé to globally inspired yet locally rooted dishes such as Satay Pe Satta, the menu balances familiarity with creativity. The mains continue this narrative with dishes like the indulgent Aam-rish Puri, the coastal-inspired Mango’lorean Chicken Curry, and the flavourful Hawa Hawai basa, each highlighting mango in distinct and unexpected ways. The experience culminates with decadent desserts including Hamari Mango Puri Karo, Jalebi Baby, and the classic Dil Mango More, offering guests a comforting taste of Alphonso aamras in its purest form .

With Aam Chi, Hitchki once again reinforces its reputation for blending retro charm with contemporary dining. The menu not only celebrates the versatility of mango but also evokes a sense of nostalgia associated with Indian summers, making it a seasonal experience that is both indulgent and memorable. Designed for everything from relaxed sundowners to immersive dining, the festival captures the spirit of summer through a distinctly Hitchki narrative.
