Vivekananda Hospital, was established in the year 1995, by its Late Sri Vallurupalli Venkataratnam garu. This visionary humanist, who believed in the ideals of Swamy Vivekananda, had established this fully equipped hospital with a highly competent team of doctors.
On 2nd December on the occasion of the hospital’s Silver jubilee celebrations, Sri Eatala Rajender, the honourable minister of Health and Family Welfare inaugurated the Free Cancer and Orthopaedic Health Camps conducted by the hospital. While, speaking during the occasion he appreciated the commendable initiative of the hospital especially its initiative to extend financial support for the treatment of the patients suffering from Cancer at a tender age of 3 to 17 years by KETTO, the hospital strategic crowd funding partner KETTO.
The Minister further stated that, “ During earlier days, hardworking individuals were always found healthy and only the rich were vulnerable to diseases owing to their lifestyle. However, these days irrespective of the economic profile, age or lifestyle, everyone is vulnerable to any kind of disease including dreadful ones like Cancer. Further, lot of people is suffering with chronic joint pains.
Vivekananda, which is a NON-COVID hospital shall be conducting FREE Cancer Camp on every Sunday from 9 am to 1 pm and FREE Orthopaedic Camp, from the 2nd of December to the 22nd of December, 2020 on the Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
