GUWAHATI : The Union Home Ministry has alerted Delhi and the North Eastern State Police about north-eastern terror groups like ULFA. According to an intelligence report, a Home Ministry official today said that in the near future, the banned militant outfit ULFA of the north-eastern states is preparing to carry out some major incidents. The first to be on target may be the security forces of the country. Therefore, as soon as these intelligence reports came to light, the Union Home Ministry has advised the intelligence machinery, including the country’s largest investigating agency, the National Investigation Agency, to be vigilant.

The Home Ministry official said that the NIA has also started the investigation as soon as the news was received. So that the militants of the banned organization do not get any chance anywhere. According to highly placed sources in the Union Home Ministry, the banned outfit ULFA (United Liberation Front of Assam) in Assam has again been engaged day and night in preparations to put the government machinery in the nose. This came to light when Indian agencies came to know about the ulfa opening its own terrorist training centre on the border with India’s neighbouring myanmar. As soon as this concrete information is received, the government has first engaged its largest and international level investigating agency, the NIA, to investigate. So that they can be controlled even before the militant organization takes over. At the same time, the country’s intelligence machinery has also been asked to keep a close watch from moment to moment.

The target of this militant outfit this time may also be the national capital and its surrounding areas. Delhi has been targeted for the first time by this organization, so that if the ULFA is able to carry out any untoward incident here, then its voice will be able to reach the whole country and the world easily. However, if you look at the past history of ULFA, it has never had the opportunity to carry out any untoward incident in Delhi or its surrounding area. According to intelligence inputs, this time, the target of this banned militant organization is also being said to be areas in and around Delhi.Sources close to the Indian intelligence department say that the ULFA has recruited new age boys this time in the militant training camp operating on the Myanmar border, who have the passion or say the ability to cross any limit in a spirit. A few days of training have also been completed.

There have been reports that this training camp is being run under the supervision of some of the former and middle-minded ulfa militants. According to the reports of the Union Home Ministry, ulfa is also planning a target kidnapping this time. So that funds can also be arranged for the organization. However, preparations are on for major attacks on security forces and the public to weaken the government machinery. At present, the intelligence machinery and the NIA, which receives all these information, have been engaged in their own work. According to the information received from the intelligence sources, the ULFA-sa-dreaded militant outfit, which has been silent in Assam for a long time, is also carrying out a recruitment drive for this camp in Dibrugarh and Delhi and its surrounding areas of Assam. The reason for the recruitment drive in Delhi and its surrounding areas is that the local youths who are preparing to carry out any untoward incident will not be soon noticed by the country’s investigation and intelligence agencies. While if the ULFA tries to get this work done in Delhi by the boys of the North-East, then its pot can burst quickly.
