IndiGo unveils ‘Student Special’ to make air travel more accessible and convenient for students

Mumbai: IndiGo, India’s leading airline, announces the launch of ‘Student Special’, a tailored offering designed to make air travel more accessible for students. Focusing on affordability, flexibility and convenience, ‘Student Special’ fares will be available on domestic flights, and can be availed by booking exclusively on the IndiGo website and app.

The Student Special fares are designed to address challenges students may face while opting for air travel, enabling them with a sense of autonomy, comfort and convenience. Through this initiative, the airline strengthens its commitment to affordable, hassle-free travel while contributing to the growth and future of the country.

The Student Special offering features:

Zero charge on flight changes: Students can now modify their flight bookings without any additional charges, providing much-needed flexibility for their academic schedules.

Up to 6% discount on fares: A special discount of up to 6% on base fares, exclusively for students.

10 kg extra baggage allowance: Understanding that students often need to carry extra luggage for course materials and essentials when travelling to their city of study, the Student Special allows an extra 10kg baggage allowance to students.
