Hyderabad: Indriya, Aditya Birla Jewellery, today launched its first exquisite regional masterpiece, ‘Anantara’, a 22KT gold jewellery piece, that embodies the spiritual and artistic essence of Hyderabad. Inspired by the sacred embellishments of Dravidian sculptures from Hoysala temples, particularly the Chennakeshava and Keshava Temples in Somanathapura, this creation unfolds in three distinct layers – each narrating a tale of divine presence.

At the heart of Anantara lies the cosmic narrative of Lord Vishnu, the preserver of the universe. Drawing from sacred tales of balance, protection, and eternal rhythm, the collection weaves these divine elements into every curve and motif. Across its intricate layers, Anantara celebrates the many facets of divine love, each one an ode to craftsmanship, devotion, and heritage.

The first layer, the Garuda Haar, brings together the classic Kaasu Maala and Jalebi Haar, paired for the first time in a single design. Crafted in 22KT gold, this exquisite layer blends tradition and elegance. At its heart shines the glorious Garuda, a symbol of grace, protection, and divine strength.

The second layer, the Ganesha Puliguru Haar, is a masterpiece blessed by Lord Ganesha. It features the radiance of Puliguru and sacred motifs of Kurm, Naag, Om, and Swastik — reflecting the rich tapestry of Vishnu’s cosmic balance, etched in timeless craftsmanship.

The third and final layer, the Lakshmi Bottu Mala, features Goddess Lakshmi, who showers her grace from Vishnu’s Shankh, accompanied by the divine aura of Venkatesh, and sacred symbols of Gaj and Mor.

With Anantara, Indriya embarks on a remarkable journey to honour the rich cultural diversity of India. This inaugural creation is a reflection of Indriya’s deep commitment to preserving traditional kaarigari and capturing the vibrant legacy of Hyderabad through enduring, elegant design.

Anantara marks just the beginning. Indriya is looking forward to unveiling more regional masterpieces that celebrate the soul of India.

Sandeep Kohli, CEO, Indriya said, “With Anantara, Indriya once again embraces its role as a custodian of India’s profound artistic and spiritual heritage, this time drawing deeply from the devotional heart of Hyderabad. This exquisite creation is a testament to our dedication to ensuring these powerful narratives, etched in temple carvings and whispered through generations, are not merely relics but living expressions of our cultural identity, resonating with an endless love for the divine artistry that continues to inspire us”

Abhishek Rastogi, Head of Product Design, Research & Development said, “The design of Anantara is a mindful journey, where each layer and carefully considered motif seeks to capture the very essence of Hyderabad’s spiritual landscape. We have strived to seamlessly blend the timeless kaarigari of ancient artistry with a contemporary understanding of beauty, allowing the sacred stories of Lord Vishnu and the city’s devotion to flow through every golden curve, creating a piece that is both a tribute and a timeless treasure.”

Since its inception in 2024, the brand has expanded rapidly across the country, establishing a strong presence in the North, South, and Western regions. With a growing network of twenty-two stores—including five in Delhi, three each in Mumbai and Hyderabad, two each in Ahmedabad, Jaipur, and Pune, and one each in Indore, Surat, Andhra Pradesh, and Uttar Pradesh.
