Internshala Opens Six Coveted Internships with India’s Top Founders and Sharks through Intern With Icon
Mumbai : Internshala, an upGrad company — today unveiled “Intern With Icon,” offering students and recent graduates the opportunity to work with some of India’s most influential founders and Shark Tank personalities. Moving beyond traditional internships, the program offers a rare opportunity to work alongside and learn from iconic entrepreneurs including Vineeta Singh, Varun Alagh, Peyush Bansal, Namita Thapar, Kunal Bahl, and Aman Gupta.
Through Intern With Icon, selected candidates will work closely with their assigned founder, gaining hands-on, cross-functional experience complemented by dedicated mentorship sessions. A total of six interns will be selected—one for each founder—and will receive a stipend ranging from ₹30,000 to ₹50,000, along with direct mentorship and an exclusive one-on-one session with their respective founder mentor.
The campaign goes live on 27th April 2026, with applications open until 10th May 2026. Final results will be announced on 18th May 2026, and the internship will run from 27th May to 31st July 2026.

Challenging traditional filters, the program is degree-agnostic and built around potential, not pedigree. Intern With Icon seeks candidates who demonstrate curiosity, adaptability, and strong problem-solving skills. While familiarity with digital tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva is an advantage, the primary focus is on identifying individuals who can navigate the fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment of a founder’s office.
Intern With Icon reflects Internshala’s broader vision to redefine how early-career talent in India accesses real-world experience—shifting from passive learning to direct, founder-led exposure. By bringing students closer to the builders shaping modern India, the initiative aims to set a new benchmark for career readiness and industry engagement at scale.
