New Delhi: Investors Clinic (IC), the leading real estate consulting company today announced that the company is organizing a Propfest from October 23-35, 2020, at Radisson Blu, Sector 18 Noida. The company has been able to bring 15 leading developers; Tata Value Homes, Godrej Properties, Bhutani, Supetech to name a few.
More than 50 projects are on offer during the propfest from all the developers wherein, a mix of commercial and residential properties will be offered. On spot discounts will be offered upto 20 percent. It is the first on the ground event, which the company is organizing post Covid. However, in order to maintain Covid protocols and social distancing, pre-appointments have been booked. Despite receiving good response from buyers, not too many people will be allowed together at the event.
Speaking on the Propfest, HoneyyKatiyal, Founder, Investors Clinic said, “Festival season is the best time for the developers to gain lost momentum and numbers. Covid has impacted the struggling real-estate sector even more in the last few months. The next three months offer a ray of hope for the sector. We have been able to bring in the most reputed developers under one roof for the convenience of our customers. We plan to achieve anywhere between 500-750 sale during these three days worth 200-300 crores.”
