ITM Skills University Invites Applications for India’s AI-First MCA Programme; Admissions Open Till August 25, 2026
Mumbai: ITM Skills University has announced that admissions are now open for its AI-first Master of Computer Applications (MCA) programme, with applications being accepted until August 25, 2026. Designed to prepare graduates for the rapidly evolving technology landscape, the four-semester programme combines artificial intelligence, software engineering, data science, cybersecurity, and experiential learning to develop professionals equipped for emerging digital careers.
Developed in collaboration with over 30 technology leaders, the programme offers a progressive curriculum that begins with strong foundations in Python, SQL, Data Structures & Algorithms, Database Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Linux, Git, and communication skills. As students advance, they gain expertise in Machine Learning, Software Engineering, APIs, Automation, Data Visualization, Agile methodologies, and business fundamentals through hands-on, project-based learning. In the third semester, students can specialize in Generative AI, Data Science, or Cybersecurity, while also building GitHub portfolios, undertaking capstone projects, and participating in mock interviews and advanced industry-focused coursework.
The programme culminates with a six-month full-time internship, an IEEE/ACM research paper, and a final industry review viva, ensuring graduates enter the workforce with practical experience and research exposure. Career pathways include roles such as ML/AI Engineer, LLM/GenAI Developer, Data Scientist, Data Engineer, and Cloud Security Engineer, with expected entry-level salary opportunities ranging between ₹7 LPA and ₹16 LPA. Graduates are also prepared for opportunities with leading organisations including Amazon, Walmart, Samsung, Flipkart, PayPal, TCS, Goldman Sachs, Google, Microsoft, Paytm, Uber, Apple, LinkedIn, Atos, and EY.
The programme is further strengthened through mentorship from distinguished industry professionals, including Mr. Vishal Dubey, Chief Technology Evangelist, Google Developer Groups; Mr. Faiz Malkhani, Founding Organizer, Google Developer Groups; Mr. Vivek Yadav, Google Developer Expert; Mr. Sumon Mal, Head of Backend Engineering, Paytm; and Mr. Prashanth Kumar, Director – IT, Volvo. Their guidance ensures students gain valuable exposure to current industry practices, emerging technologies, and employer expectations.
