JSA advised Avendus Future Leaders Fund III on its acquisition of a minority stake in Parag Parikh Financial Advisory Services Limited

 Mumbai : JSA Advocates & Solicitors (JSA) advised Avendus Future Leaders Fund III (Avendus) in relation to its acquisition of minority stake in Parag Parikh Financial Advisory Services Limited (PPFASL) from its promoters Neil Parag Parikh and Khushboo Joshi, through a secondary share purchase.

PPFASL is a leading investment advisory and wealth management firm providing wealth management, investment advisory, portfolio management, financial planning and related financial services. Incorporated in 1992, PPFASL is also the sponsor of PPFAS Mutual Fund and is known for its long-term, value-driven investment philosophy.
