Mumbai: The Promoters of K Raheja Group are pleased to announce the appointment of Mrs. Vijayta Nikhil Raheja as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Group, with immediate effect.
Her appointment reflects the Promoters’ confidence in her leadership, strategic vision, and unwavering commitment to guiding the Group through its next phase of sustainable growth, operational excellence, and innovation.
Mrs. Raheja’s appointment as Chief Executive Officer marks a significant milestone in her distinguished 16-year association with the K Raheja Group, including nearly six years as Chief Operating Officer, having been appointed in 2020, following nearly a decade as Strategic Advisor to the Group’s hospitality business, where she contributed to its marketing, brand positioning, and strategic growth.
She also brings broader experience in business strategy, marketing, retail activations, and media engagements, having advised brands and companies in an independent professional capacity.
During her tenure as Chief Operating Officer, Mrs. Raheja has been instrumental in strengthening corporate governance, institutionalising systems and processes, driving organisational transformation, and leading strategic initiatives across the Group. Her strategic insight into complex legal, commercial, and governance matters has further strengthened the Group’s legal framework, enhanced its risk management capabilities, and reinforced its institutional approach to business.
As Chief Executive Officer, Mrs. Raheja will continue to report to the Managing Director, Mr. Nikhil K. Raheja, and will be responsible for driving the Group’s strategic direction, business operations, governance, commercial and compliance functions, organisational transformation, and the implementation of best-in-class systems and processes across its businesses.
Under her leadership, the Group will continue to focus on operational excellence, institutional governance, digital transformation, business expansion, and creating enduring value for customers, partners, employees, and stakeholders.
The appointment marks an important step in the Group’s long-term vision of strengthening institutional leadership while building upon the enduring values of the Raheja legacy established in 1956.
