Dubai, UAE – Dubai-born fragrance house Light of Sakina is entering a new chapter with its debut as an exhibitor at Beautyworld Middle East, marking the beginning of its ambitions to take the brand beyond the UAE.
Founded in Dubai in 2018 by Naila Rahim, Light of Sakina began from home with a belief that fragrance can hold memory, evoke emotion and create moments of stillness. Six years later, that philosophy continues to shape a growing world of fragrance, home scent and gifting, with a flagship presence in Fashion Avenue at Dubai Mall, e-commerce, selected retail partnerships and a growing corporate gifting business.
Beautyworld represents a particularly significant moment for the brand. After years of attending the exhibition as a visitor — discovering fragrance houses, raw materials and developments across the industry — Light of Sakina is now exhibiting for the first time, opening conversations with distributors, retailers and partners across the region and beyond.
The brand is taking a deliberately selective approach to international growth, seeking partners who understand its identity, Middle Eastern sensibility and commitment to craftsmanship, and who can represent the brand with the same care with which it has been built.

While looking outward, Light of Sakina continues to grow at home, with a recent kiosk opening at Manar Mall in Ras Al Khaimah and the reopening of its seasonal boutique at The Chedi Al Bait in Sharjah on 15 October.
Oman is among its next priority markets, with Saudi Arabia and selected international cities, including London, forming part of its longer-term vision.
