Liquidnitro Games names ex-Tencent Games Global CTO to go big on AI-powered game production

Liquidnitro has named Cedrick Collomb as Chief Technology Officer. Collomb brings three decades of leadership at the top of games and tech, most recently as CTO of Tencent Games Global and previously CTO of EA Mobile. This significant step will help the company double down on its AI proprietary platform investments that gives Liquidnitro an unparalleled advantage in games production, live services and market expansions.
The appointment follows Liquidnitro’s recent $19.1 million Series A, with a total $24.3 million funds raised so far. In two years, the company has grown to over 140 experts. Collomb will lead the technology strategy, using emerging tech to amplify creative teams rather than replacing them.
As publishers face rising costs and fragmenting markets, Liquidnitro is betting that AI should empower development teams to sharpen decisions and improve execution without stripping out emotional depth.
