Malaka Spice, Koregaon Park, invites food enthusiasts to an extraordinary gastronomic evening with the Indo Chefs Table on 27th June 2026. Designed as an intimate and immersive dining experience, the event brings together the culinary expertise of Chef Tius from Indonesia and Chef Madhu from the Malaka Culinary Team, who will collaborate to create a thoughtfully curated menu that showcases their distinct culinary influences, techniques, and creative interpretations. The menu, “Tales of Nusantara” is inspired by the Indonesian archipelago and is curated in collaboration with the Consulate General of Indonesia.

The evening promises a specially crafted multi-course dining experience that celebrates culture, storytelling, and the shared language of food. Guests can look forward to a menu inspired by the rich and diverse flavours of Indonesia, thoughtfully paired with beverages and presented through a collaborative lens that reflects both chefs’ passion for culinary innovation. Guests can choose between a non-vegetarian or vegan menu, each featuring a five-course meal complemented by two expertly crafted cocktails, thoughtfully paired to elevate the dining experience.
