Over the past 15 years, Chef Preethi has catered for VIPs and celebrities, launched successful cloud kitchen concepts, and hosted acclaimed pop-up dining experiences across Chennai and Malaysia. Her passion for innovation has also led her to develop signature sauces and flavour profiles that celebrate the essence of South Indian cuisine while embracing contemporary techniques. Her creativity and bold approach earned her a place among the finalists of MasterChef India.

At this exclusive week-long pop-up, guests can indulge in an authentic taste of Tamil Nadu through a thoughtfully curated menu that brings together time-honoured recipes, regional spices and seasonal ingredients, elevated with Chef Preethi’s contemporary flair.
