Hyderabad: Mercure Hyderabad KCP is all set to welcome guests back in the new normal. The hotel has received the ALLSAFE certification and with a commitment to keep its guests and staff safe, the hotel has implemented enhanced hygiene and sanitary measures, certified by the cleanliness and prevention label. There would be an ALLSAFE Officer available 24X7 to ensure all protocols are followed.

Starting from entering the hotel, to check-in, stay, dining, experiences, till check-out, guest safety is prioritised. Social Distancing is being practised through various ways like contact-less payments, digital restaurant menus, spacing between tables, etc. The wedding and social events have also been realigned and continue in a closed group with the limitation set by the state government. Keeping in mind the guidelines set by the Government, the hotel is continuing to host different types of events.

The food and beverage offering at the hotel, which includes Cayenne, the all-day-dining restaurant opened for all the in-house guests and walk-in guests whilst in-room dining is another option for the guests staying with us. The hotel also has started “take- away” and home delivery services with reliable partners to ensure that their patrons continue to enjoy the delicacies in the comfort of their home.

Commenting on the certification, Soumitra Pahari, General Manager, Mercure Hyderabad KCP, said, “As we all have stepped into a ‘New Normal’ of living, we at Mercure Hyderabad KCP have prepped ourselves to welcome guest in the redefined format. All of us are ensuring strict cleanliness and safety measures at every touch point. Our teams are trained to ensure that our guests who patronise us for our warm hospitality are kept safe. We have worked hard on continuing to extend the warmth in our hospitality even behind the protective gears.
