NCLAT Narrows Insolvency Proceedings Against Raheja Developers to a Single Project

In a notable development, the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has limited the scope of insolvency proceedings involving Raheja Developers to a single KHS project, bringing greater clarity to the matter and effectively ring-fencing the company’s broader operations.

The order marks a shift toward a more calibrated, project-specific approach, ensuring that proceedings remain confined to the asset under consideration. Other projects and ongoing operations of the company are not impacted by the development, allowing execution and delivery timelines across the wider portfolio to continue as planned. Raheja Developers has a presence in Gurugram with projects spanning both premium residential and commercial segments.

Spokesperson from Raheja Developers said, “Our priority remains consistent: maintaining progress across our developments, meeting delivery commitments, and sustaining stakeholder confidence. The order allows us to approach the matter with greater precision, while continuing to drive execution across our portfolio. We remain committed to responsible development and long-term value creation, and will continue to engage constructively with all stakeholders as the process moves forward.”
