Yuki has unveiled its Chef’s Pan Asian Selection Menu, a vibrant summer offering that celebrates bold Asian flavours, fresh ingredients and comforting classics crafted with finesse. Designed to bring together diverse culinary influences, the menu highlights everything from crisp appetisers to hearty mains and indulgent desserts.

Guests can begin their experience with flavour-packed starters such as Mini Spring Roll, filled with fresh vegetables and vermicelli, Miso Crab Dumplings served with a light miso broth, and Crispy Pomfret with Sichuan Chili tossed in aromatic chili sauce. Seafood lovers can also enjoy the refreshing Thai Lime & Garlic Steamed Sea Bass Fish, while Chicken Tossed in Black Pepper Sauce delivers a bold and comforting bite.

The main course features satisfying wok-inspired dishes, including Stir-Fried Kailan with Garlic, General Tso’s Chicken in a sweet and spicy glaze, and Stir-Fry Shrimp prepared with crisp vegetables in a light garlic sauce.

For rice and noodle lovers, the menu offers Aromatic Bamboo Rice, infused with bamboo shoots and star anise, alongside Seafood Hakka Noodles tossed with prawns, fish, egg and vegetables for a wholesome, flavourful experience.
