R K SWAMY Consolidated Revenue up by 7% and PBT by 26% in Q1 FY ’27

Mumbai : R K SWAMY Limited, a leading provider of Integrated Marketing Services, posted consolidated Total Income of Rs 86 crores for the quarter ended June 2026, up 7.0% as compared to Rs 80 crores during the same period a year ago. The consolidated Profit before Tax for this period was Rs 4.6 crores, up 26.0% compared to Rs 3.6 crores during the same period a year ago.

“In an environment dealing with war and energy disruption, AI all around us and all over us, we are focused on executing the new initiatives that are gaining traction.  Apart from business as usual, we are building the Brand and Marketing Consulting practice, driving infrastructure to support Marketing and enhancing the talent base of the company,” said Shekar Swamy, MD and Group CEO, R K SWAMY Ltd. 

“The focus is on improving margins. Our revenue gains result in enhanced margins due to operational leverage. Our new initiatives are revenue accretive and our growth targets are based on reasonable assumptions that should serve us well,” said Rajeev Newar, Group CFO.
