ADDITIONAL STOPPAGE FOR TWO TRAINS AT KAYAMKULAM JUNCTION
In continuation to the changes in pattern of train regulations notified vide Press Release No. 98/V5/2025 dated 06.10.2025, it is informed that the following trains, earlier announced to be diverted via Alappuzha with temporary stoppages at Alappuzha and Ernakulam Junction, in connection with the re-girdering work at Bridge No.280 in the Chingavanam – Kottayam section, will also be provided with an additional temporary stoppage at Kayamkulam Junction on 11th October, 2025, for the convenience of passengers.
1. Train No. 16319 Thiruvananthapuram North – SMVT Bengaluru Humsafar Weekly Express, leaving Thiruvananthapuram North at 18.05 hrs on 11th October, 2025, will be diverted to run via Alappuzha, skipping Chengannur and Kottayam. The train will now stop additionally at Kayamkulam Junction, Alappuzha, and Ernakulam Junction.
2. Train No. 22503 Kanniyakumari – Dibrugarh Vivek Express, leaving Kanniyakumari at 17.25 hrs on 11th October, 2025, will be diverted to run via Alappuzha, skipping Chengannur and Kottayam. The train will now stop additionally at Kayamkulam Junction, Alappuzha, and Ernakulam Junction.

FULL CANCELLATION
1. Train No. 66310 Kollam Junction – Ernakulam Junction MEMU Express, scheduled to leave Kollam Junction at 21.05 hrs. on 11th October, 2025, will be fully cancelled.
PARTIAL CANCELLATION
1. Train No. 16327 Madurai Junction – Guruvayur Express, scheduled to leave Madurai Junction on 11th October, 2025, will be short-terminated at Kollam Junction and will remain partially cancelled between Kollam Junction and Guruvayur.
2. Train No. 16328 Guruvayur – Madurai Junction Express, scheduled to leave Guruvayur on 12th October, 2025, will originate from Kollam Jn. and remain partially cancelled between Guruvayur and Kollam Jn.
3. Train No. 16326 Kottayam – Nilambur Road Express, scheduled to leave Kottayam on 11th October, 2025, will originate from Ettumanur and remain partially cancelled between Kottayam and Ettumanur.
DIVERSION
1. Train No. 16319 Thiruvananthapuram North – SMVT Bengaluru Biweekly Humsafar, scheduled to leave Thiruvananthapuram North at 18.05 hrs. on 11th October, 2025, will be diverted via Alappuzha, skipping its scheduled stoppages at Chengannur and Kottayam. Additional stoppages will be provided at Kayamkulam Jn, Alappuzha and Ernakulam Jn. for the convenience of passengers.
2. Train No. 22503 Kanyakumari – Dibrugarh Superfast, scheduled to leave Kanyakumari at 17.25 hrs. on 11th October, 2025, will be diverted via Alappuzha, skipping its scheduled stoppages at Chengannur and Kottayam. Additional stoppages will be provided at Kayamkulam Jn, Alappuzha and Ernakulam Jn.
3. Train No. 16343 Thiruvananthapuram Central – Madurai Junction Amrita Express, scheduled to leave Thiruvananthapuram Central at 20.30 hrs. on 11th October, 2025, will be diverted via Alappuzha, skipping its scheduled stoppages at Mavelikara, Chengannur, Tiruvalla, Changanassery and Kottayam. Additional stoppages will be provided at Haripad, Ambalappuzha, Alappuzha, Cherthala and Ernakulam Jn..
4. Train No. 16347 Thiruvananthapuram Central – Mangalore Central Express, scheduled to leave Thiruvananthapuram Central at 20.55 hrs. on 11th October, 2025, will be diverted via Alappuzha, skipping its scheduled stoppages at Mavelikara, Chengannur, Tiruvalla, Changanassery and Kottayam. Additional stoppages will be provided at Haripad, Ambalappuzha, Alappuzha, Cherthala and Ernakulam Jn.
REGULATION
1. Train No. 66322 Kollam Junction – Ernakulam Junction, scheduled to leave Kollam Junction on 12th October, 2025, will be regulated for 15 minutes.
2. Train No. 16791 Tuticorin – Palakkad Junction Palaruvi Express, scheduled to leave Tuticorin on 11th October, 2025, will be regulated for 10 minutes.
